  Terrible! Half of the time i dont recieve my mail and when i do get mail half the stuff isnt even mine. Would give 0 stars if possible. Fire whoever is sorting your mail!!

  Horrible! I bought a package had it sent FIRST CLASS and took over a week to recieve! When I called no one answered the phone repeatedly! I went up there to see if I could pick it up or even see if it was there since the tracking said it was delivered, yet it wasn't at the address and they hadn't left a note. The lady took my tracking number, name, and number and was so rude. All she had to do was go back there and let me know it would be here the next day. I never received a call about my package. Then I got a tracking update saying AVAILABLE FOR PICKUP AT POST OFFICE, so yet again I went back up there to see what was going on. This lady was a little nicer then the last but when I asked her to go into the back to make SURE my package was there and to be delivered tomorrow she gave me attitude. All I wanted to do was make sure that no one had my package delivered to them instead of me. Considering that it was $350.00 package anyone would be concerned. And half the time the mailman doesn't deliver my mail to my mailbox, just because he's too lazy to walk 5 STEPS to my mailbox. Really really really wish I would've paid the extra $15.99 to get 2-day delivery by FEDEX. At least their willing to update their tracking in a timely manner, and truly care about fixing the problem.

  Service can be a bit bad sometimes but Jim is the exception. He always helps me with a smile on his face and takes care of me. Have never had a bad experience when dealing with him.

  Don't bother paying for faster delivery time because they don't care when you get your package. Paid over 40 dollars to have a package here by a certain day as I had a short amount of time to have it and I got it DAYS late, later than if I didn't bother paying anyway. The excuse for not bringing the package to my door was that she didn't want to have to go that far just in case no one was home....a few extra steps? Isn't that what they get paid for? I called to request it be delivered that evening as I didn't get a delivery slip and they PROMISED I would get it, I even told them I'd be home all day with my door open, found a delivery slip in my mailbox later on. So they could come all the way back, but again, not walk 2 steps to my door to hand me the package. The most ridiculous post office I've ever dealt with.
